Warbonnet on the UP
Author: photobob

The triple one leads a northbound out of the Sacramento River Canyon about 8 rail miles north of Dunsmuir. This was one of the HighLine bypass trains a few years ago. Isnt this supposed to happen again sometime this summer? I was wondering if anyone out there has any information on the dates?

PhotoBob,

I do not have dates for you but I just wanted to compliment you on another great photo. I really like the scenery at that location.

Bob, the reroutes should start late this week. Look for the Swift train on Saturday coming your way...

Is that the middle level at Mott? Thanks
for the tour of that area last April, Bob,
you're the best! Espee Dave's shop was fun,
too. Your advice to walk the riverbank from
the Scarlett Way crossing back to town was a
good suggestion.
