Here is a shot of the UP's DD40 number 6936 pulling an engineering special over the old Yoder Branch to South Morrill at about 4:15pm mountain time today, 8/29/02.

We departed just before the rains began.

Bob, do you know what time UP 6936 departed La Grande, Or yesterday? Some friends were there to catch a couple of photos and found it no where to be seen at 5:30 am Pacific Daylight Savings time. Thank you for your response.
