No This Isn't A Vehicle Train...
Author: FrontRangeTrains

Too many people not familiar with these neck of the woods, you may think that this is a Vehicle Train. But we railfans from around here know what train this is. It may be a V-PTLDEN, but really its the Q-TACDEN1-17A. BNSF 7563 and BNSF 5417 are seen picking up speed as they are leaving Longs Peak, after meeting the H-DENLAU1-19A, and passing through the South Switch Highland.

Note: Intermodal Well Cars were on the back, with about 15 Well - Cars.

Nice catch Gevoman.

This train made pretty decent time, I saw it on Sunday while fishing the Clark Fork River west of Missoula.

Those stacks on the back are headed for both Denver and Omaha I do believe.

Down here on the Peavine (BNSF WMJ-PHX) in Az at Times we get a train with a symbol of V which you would think is vechile but at times it really means VARIETY. Oh it will have autoracks but it may also contain stacks, pigs, tanks or whatever you can image.

Probably an M-KCKPHX. Used to be a true V-Train, the V-KCPX, back in the good old days.
