Emeryville. The signal in the foreground is #2 track CP RV006, and the big signal mast is CP RV007 Shellmound.

If I remember right, I counted a grand total of 19 possible red lights visible looking eastbound from the platforms at Emeryville (or 21 if Gilman St. was lit up by a train in the block). Not all the lights are shown in that shot.
