BNSF 3rd. Track Project La Mirada

Does anyone on this board have any idea when BNSF will cut in the 3rd. main track at the new CP Valley View location in La Mirada, Ca? It looks as though the ballast work is complete. I thought they were going to do it last week as they had red flags up on both main tracks just south of the Valley View Ave. grade crossing. (Notice I put in the state!)
