Of all the changes wrought by the triple tracking of Cajon, the daylighting of the two tunnels remains (IMHO) the most stunning alteration. Ironically, the same project which made this camera angle possible removed the source of the name Alray (a stub track), but like Gish, it will undoubtedly endure as it identifies a specific location on the pass.
