Clear blue skies get a little boring in Las Vegas

Today we got a little break from the normal cloudless clear blue skies. I parked near the RR east end of the shoo-fly this morning, turned on the scanner and started working on some paperwork. I didn't wait very long when this WB stacker called the foreman for a clearence through the Form B.

What's "precip"??? We have a bathtub ring around Lake Mead that is 100' high!
