Western Railroad Discussion > The wonders of PhotoshopDate: 06/30/11 10:43 The wonders of Photoshop Author: sacrailfan No, my name is not Mitch Goldman but I am playing him on TO today, haha. I used Photoshop’s blur filter to replicate a zoom pan shot. It took some time to do, but I think it looks pretty good for a fake. ;-) Photo was shot at Home valley, WA, in the fall of 2009.

Good job with the tweak; how about a before version?
Date: 06/30/11 13:03 Re: The wonders of Photoshop Author: up833 Clearly the train is exceeding posted track speed.

Date: 06/30/11 22:38 Re: The wonders of Photoshop Author: johnw I like it! There is an illusion of depth, almost like one of those lenticular 3-D photos, the kind you see without glasses, also a feeling of motion! Nice work!
