I'm sorry to have to state that Bob Helling ( Prose ) here on TOs, lost his wife this past Sunday. She was only 55 years of age. I know she has had a couple strokes or so and the last one,around a month or so ago, then she fell and broke her arm. I've met her a couple times when she was showing her art here at the Art Gallery in Ellsworth, KS. I've talked to her several times on the phone when I would be in Salina. I would call to talk to Bob, but he always seemed to be someplace between Salina and KC, as that was his run at the time. What little I have met her, she seemed to be a real nice lady. I know she will be missed very much by her husband. Her celebration of life will be at 10am on Friday, July 15 at Ryan Mortuary in Salina, Ks. Memorials are to be made to the American Diabetes Association. upkpfan

I echo this. I put my faith in God, and I trust Him to be with me when I really need Him. I hope that this is the same with you, Bob because I pray and trust that He will be there to comfort you. Your wife sounds like she was a real gem, and I hope that memories of good times you've spent together will help you through this.
