8 Westbounds coming on Donner?!

Just heard the DS Talking to MOW and he stated that #6 is 3 hours late and won't be to Bowman until 1505, and he has a fleet of 8 Westbounds coming? That sounds totally crazy. Wish I was there instead of working. What's going on?
