Phony or not?

I received an unsolicited email from railatlas@gmail.com offering "The Portland Railroad Atlas 1963 and 2010" for $27.95 with shipping. Has anybody received this offer besides me? The email directs you to a link for mcbyrnes.com (the authors name and first initials) but the site just isn't right although it says it honors paypal...something feels fishy. I'd be interested to know if anyone has received the Atlas. I know if it's legit, I would buy it in a heartbeat but I'm unsure.

After exchanging emails with Michael Brynes, I need to apologize and let everyone know that the Portland Rail Atlas is well worth the price and he didn't deserve nor did I mean to make a disrespectful comment concerning his Atlas or web site.
