What was your neatest lash up mine was on the coastline in 1992 when an eastbound sp mainifest came thru Santa Barbara with a GE BQ23-7 on the point

I have seen so many but one that really stands out was in 2005 and it had 3 conrail blue C40-8W's on the point of a WB BNSF stack train at Oro Grande, CA.

I like a wild and different bunch like ATSF would run at times. Something like a CF7, a B unit, high nose geep and another ???.

This is what I can remember so far, and all recorded on video:

2/11/2009: Warbonnet Dash 8, NS Dash 9, Soo Line SD60, Warbonnet SD75M, BNSF H2 Dash 8 leading an eastbound stack train through Fullerton... NO CRASH 9's!

10/9/2010: BNSF Dash 9's H1/H2, CSX Dash 8, CSX AC6000 leading an eastbound Z out of Yardley (Spokane, WA).

7/18/2011: Pair of CSX C44AC's, UP "Triclops" SD60M, SD9043MAC, SD70ACe, and patched ex-SSW GP60 on the eastbound MNWRV (Newark to Roseville manifest).

Southern Pacific...10/30/94 WSRVM in Emeryville, CA with SP 9811/SP 2468/SP 4840/SP 9821/DRGW 5317/SP 9770 (SD70M/SW1500/snow GP38-2 with Gyralights)/SD70M/SD45/GP60). This was the first pair of SD70MS I saw and the second GP60 from the last order I saw.

BNSF...2/15/98 eastbound Martrac repo train in Stockton, CA with BNSF 735/ATSF 877/BNSF 4702/ATSF 6xx/BNSF 8716/BNSF 7505/BN 4027/ATSF 5260/BN 4016/BN 3511 (C44-9W/C40-8W/C44-9W/C44-9W/GP60/SD45-2B/B30-7AB/SDF40-2/B30-7AB/GP40). 8716 and 7505 were the first two patch BNSF units I saw.

most recent great consist...BNSF...8/1/10 S-CHIOIG with BNSF 685/BNSF 8291/NS 9137/BNSF 8279 (warbonnet C44-9W/warbonnet SD75I/C40-9W/warbonnet SD75I). There were plenty of heads up posts about this train online.

I once saw the 3 EMD SD70M demostrators come westbound thru Santa Barbara on the LABAF back in 1993 along with the EMD dyamotor car
