Western Railroad Discussion > One Sweet Soo Saturday Morning!Date: 03/10/12 12:51 One Sweet Soo Saturday Morning! Author: rrartist I really can't explain it, maybe the stars have aligned, or the solar flare, but when it rains, it pours and in this case, it poured Soo SD60s! A tip from a friend in the Twin Cities sent me to Bangor for CP train #282 with four of the big EMDs lead by the Soo Line #6031. Right on his heels was CP train #668 running with the solo Soo Line #6053. You want some more?

The first image was taken at Donehower MN as the train swings thru the "S" curve and the second is just south of La Crescent MN. I wish there was a way to incorporate the letters "GE" into Burlington Northern Santa Fe because it seems that is all we see here in La Crosse these days. BNSF #5675 leads a baretable type train onto the start of double track at CP GRAF.
