Western Railroad Discussion > RI 652 and 630Date: 03/31/12 12:32 RI 652 and 630 Author: wpjones Group, A friend was in KC last week and said he saw RI 630 and 652 at MAC in new paint. Is this true and are their photos? I'll be there late April but that may be too late. Thanks.

Pump Date: 03/31/12 13:09 Re: RI 652 and 630 Author: wpjones The last time I saw them was in Baldwin City when I rode the RR on one of my motorcars. At that time they were trapped by a missing piece of track and they didn't look very good. Somewhere in my thousands of photos I have pictures of 652 in KC in red primer when it was being restored. It was somewhere near the FD training center.Might have been where WABCO is now. The local KC people will probably know. It would be nice if the Manley museum people would some how recognize Lynn Nystrom for preserving the nose herald and donating it to the original restoration effort.
