Looks like UP is closing the Spring Dispatch office. The Del Rio Sub along with San Antonio Terminal were cut-over to Omaha today.

Might explain the mini meltdown the San Antonio area has been having lately that Amtrak #s 1/2 keep getting sucked into.

I've really enjoyed listening to the chatter on the scanner and I was hoping to see the dispatch office someday.
