I shot some video back in 2009 & 2011 on the UP mainline on the east side of the Salton Sea as a couple of clips for a new DVD I am working on and I can't find my notes. This trestle is right beside Hwy 111 north of Bombay Beach . . . is there a name for anything close to this? Or a MP? Thanks in advance! Double track would has been underway for about one year on an approximately 20-mile section in this area and should be cut-in by the end of the year.
