BN GP's with More ND Snow
Author: kodachrome9319

Over the past few days we got a total of about 6" of snow, it was just enough to coat the ground, which meant I headed out for pictures. I found the Ross Local returning back to Minot behind a pair of ex-BN GP's and a 63 car train - all oil from the Bakken.

We are possibly going to get a foot of snow this weekend!

I think Joes right and this train had a mix of loads in the consist. The Procor cars are propane.

I use to go to the shooting range right behind where the shot was taken when I was stationed at Minot AFB.
