The Riverside Branch........The End is Near
Author: miralomarail

It was learned today using the Vast World Wide Tel Communications Network , that this Thur Nov 8TH 2012, is to be the Very Last Run of The UP Local Between the Trans load Center and over the Diamond Crossing the BNSF, and its still up in the air as who will switch UP or BNSF

And until the NEW track age is built from the BNSF and into the Trans Load , the Track Age in the Center of 9TH st is safe

Another little piece of my childhood in Riverside disappears. No more remnants of the PE! I actually dimly remember the PE freight trains crawling down Magnolia Ave towards Riverside Junction!
