BNSF 3203-160-105 switching the former UP, ex SP customers at Marlboro Square Industrial park in Riverside, CA. Assuming this is the San Jac local.

I am assuming a financial arrangement was previously worked out over this changeover, probably part the flyover agreement!

That's not San Jac power. San Jac power is usually exclusively 4 axle power.
Though the power they have used to position/retrieve the bare table trains on the branch have been 6 axle.
So who knows?

Baretables occupy the "main line" of the San Jac Branch almost into Perris Proper!

That is the San Jac power. That set has been running on the San Jac for a number of weeks now. One GP50 and two GP60Ms.
