I'm not qualified to be a judge in such things. It shows so much about modern railroading in a unique area of the country. The composition of each visual, the variety of trains on BOTH sides of the River, weather changes, vivid colors, scene settings, contrasts, varied train lengths and motive power configurations. Had to chuckle over the stubby Amtrak Spokane/ Portland one half Empire Builder with two locos yet! Not often seen. The author must be gifted with a world of staying power and resolve to catch some of the scenes at those specific times....not to mention the skills level.
