What's the scoop on the ex-pullman heavy weight car on a flat at Cline yard in Wichita ? No pics as it was behind a NB coal train .

Cline yard would be the ex Rock Island yard .

I'm thinking this is the UP yard in Wichita. I only say this because on our way to the WSU game today while driving over the I-135 overpass at the yard we could see two passenger cars on flats sitting in the yard. They need a lot of love!
