BNSF Officers Special Eastbound
Author: qnyla

BNSF ran a eastbound O train on the Transcon on Saturday. I believe the train was a deadhead move of equipment from Long Beach back to Topeka. Here are a few views from the Seligman and Gallup Subs on Saturday.

Near Flagstaff and Winslow, AZ.

First shot is very good, with the hills and mountains in the background. Third shot is kind of captivating, with the RR and highway lanes trailing into the background in parallel. Good post! - Jerry

Hey, now that's what a BNSF business train should look like!

Nice to see a post from you. Excellent weather and shots. I think "normally" a deadhead move would see the rear window covered by the garage door?

What, don't you think the train crew would like to enjoy the view too?
And not having the bosses around should make it that much better!

Nice. I like the pacing shot. How fast were you both going?
