Anyone have contact information for the AAR or the FCC concerning getting a frequency assigned? I've been looking but not sure where to look. Thanks!

If you are a Railroad or related entity looking to get a frequency assigned you contact the AAR's Transportation Technology Center in Pueblo CO.
Try a search with AAR TTCI and Frequency.
