Anyone know if and where the rest of the coal is transloaded to rail-cars?

I believe the coal is transloaded at Carbon Coal, NM on the BNSF Defiance spur. Trains run from here to Oro Grande, CA as C-CCOOGD symbols and to Ward Spur, TX as C-CCOWSU symbols. Both are destined for cement plants.

Here is a C-CCOOGD a couple of years back on the Seligman Sub.
