Hello T.O. Family

I would like to know when there is a grade crossing accident like the one that occurred in Midland. Is there a slow order given for that location while it is under investigation or are the trains clear to proceed at normal speed ?

I would think that once any necessary repairs to warning devices and/or track are completed, there would be no reason to maintain a slow order.
