Western Railroad Discussion > BNSF 1651 Leaving Denver?Date: 11/25/12 13:40 BNSF 1651 Leaving Denver? Author: mojaveflyer BNSF 1651, a burned out SD40-2 from a grade crossing collision several years ago on the Market Street switch job has moved from the west end of the diesel shop in Denver to the east end. It's sitting outside of what once was the traction motor shop at the roundhouse in Denver. I'm guessing maybe the lawsuit was settled and the Law Department told Mechanical they can dispose of the unit now...?
