As Bananarama once said, "I heard a rumour", that three TO members (santafe199, PRose, and SCKP187) were stomping around in my territory here in east central Kansas so I had to go check them out. Unluckily for them they chose the wrong day to be out on the transcon as things were pretty slow after sunrise and before sunset.

1. Two BNSF H2 Dash 9s bookend a former Santa Fe Dash 9 on this S CHIOIG1 24B between Merrick and Ellinor, KS.
2. Trying out a new angle for me (though I'm a little familiar with this location...) on a westbound oil train, U TNDGAT0 08T.
3. After I successfully ran off the intruders <G>, last light sees the H KCKDEN1 25A rolling west through Merrick after making a pickup in the yard at Emporia, KS.

Nice light on that 672. All weekend I've been holed up in my basement working on my mini-Iowa Interstate.
