A Change of Weather
Author: rrartist

A change in the weather from clouds to sun to possibly 4" of snow tonight (SNOW SHOTS!!!) I traveled to Winona MN this morning in search of train #270 and found the Waseca to Winona local power waiting for it's return trip with the classic Soo GP40 #4603 leading a CP SD40-2 and the CP #6255. #270 was wasting little time on it's march down the river as it blasted into Minnesota City MN and curved past Homer MN.

I decided to gray-scale my last shot of #270 to reflect the mood of the morning. BNSF train H-DILCKC departed La Crosse WI behind a fine UP/NS consist. The afternoon brought out the sun at least for a few trains including the U-ELUNSD, an oil load bound for the NS running behind the BNSF #7574. Thanks for riding along!
