Before the Milpitas-Roseville manifest headed east one day last week, the crew stopped to wye the power at Niles Junction.

In this shot, they are just coming off the Centerville leg of the wye and backing toward the train, which is parked on the Warm Springs sub. In just a few minutes they'll highball toward Niles Canyon and Altamont Pass.
