BNSF Lite Engine Move

Caught the BNSF making a light engine move today Eastbound via the Topeka sub. Suspect but can't confirm it was to pick up empty coal cars at the Lawrence Power Plant. Cell phone photo taken at 40MPH. Worked out better than I expected.
