Trip through KS and NE in Mid-November

I did a trip to some of my customers in November, and got quite lucky along much of the way with rail action, and decent weather.
1. Westbound stack at Wellington, KS
2. CAEG coal loads head east at Waco, NE
3. 2 newer UP units lead a ballast train into the Grand Island yards

Nice series of shots. In #9, it looks like a train on the far left track would not clear the Yellow/Red Board the track have set up. Were the last two, coming in to North Platte, shot from US 30?

I love the fact that you must visit your customers around the West and that due to superior driving abilities you have to stop once in a while so you don't show up early. As always your photos are great.

Very nice. Would like to shoot the Triple Track someday.
