The box car and engine as been setting at Lamy NM for some time now. The box car has no reporting marks or name on the car.

The box car looks like a Santa Fe Bx-167 class car. Originally built circa 1975 for canned goods.

There was a boxcar spotted at a local industry in Santa Fe last week when I was passing through.

Last time BNSF interchanged with Santa Fe Southern was maybe early 2011, iirc. We sent up some mixed freight for the recording of AMC's Breaking Bad tv series.

Surprised there is no graffiti. Is it fenced off?
