Western Railroad Discussion > FXE 4075 leading ZMXDT-28 on the Austin SubDate: 07/29/13 12:47 FXE 4075 leading ZMXDT-28 on the Austin Sub Author: PALuvR Thanks to a heads-up from SP8595, I was able to make a quick trip over to Bergstrom (MP 186.6) and snag this NB Z-Train with FXE 4075 leading and UP 4500 trailing. Having heard the Dispatcher tell the 28 Local working Texas Lehigh at Buda to wait for one more (UP 8020), I hung around a bit longer. Not knowing which of the SD90/43MAC's are still in the 8000-series, I had hopes. If not, at least maybe a nice, new, shiny "heavy". Turned out to be neither.
Mike 1. ZMXDT-28 coming through Bergstrom with FXE 4075 and UP 4500. 2. NB Manifest with UP 8020, UP 8428 and UP 4203. 3. Had to grab this boxcar. Date: 07/29/13 12:54 Re: FXE 4075 leading ZMXDT-28 on the Austin Sub Author: PALuvR Also had to grab this boxcar as it flashed by. Thinking there might be some old reporting marks under all this new paint. Then I got to thinking, maybe it isn't graffiti but the new paint scheme for TSE????
4. Really cool graffiti or the real thing? Date: 07/29/13 19:24 Re: FXE 4075 leading ZMXDT-28 on the Austin Sub Author: SP8595 PALuvR Wrote:

I can't imagine somebody spray painting a recycle logo but it doesn't look very professional! Nice grab on the South of the border ACe leader:} Date: 07/30/13 16:33 Re: FXE 4075 leading ZMXDT-28 on the Austin Sub Author: toledopatch Graffiti. The reporting marks and weigh data may be preserved, but a lot of other stencils have been painted over.
