Western Railroad Discussion > LPKC - First Originating WestboundDate: 10/02/13 14:48 LPKC - First Originating Westbound Author: Lee_in_KC It appears the first westbound originating out of the new Logistics Park Kansas City will depart sometime this evening, lead by BNSF 5480. Power was just tied on. Perhaps someone can find a symbol for us?

Tor in Eugene Date: 10/02/13 15:04 Re: LPKC - First Originating Westbound Author: HoggerMatt Southern California (Los Angeles area). Someone from that area should be able to tell you the exact location. Many trains have originated/terminated there for a long time.

And/or will they be bringing their own power out for their trains? Or will they be able to service power there & use it on another train?

But it's in the LA area. Date: 10/02/13 17:12 Re: LPKC - First Originating Westbound Author: Lee_in_KC They turned around the power from the LHTLPK. Came in 2+2, went out 4+0. They serviced the power on the tracks where the ITSX switcher is sitting.

SCO= Southern California On-dock, kind of a generic symbol for L.A./Long Beach Harbor area. mapboy |
