Taken a few years ago while waiting for the #4449 to arrive. Scene is the Tacoma Export Marketing Company grain loading facility on the shore of Commencement Bay.

I wonder when the triple-track will go all the way to Seattle?

I guess triple-tracking is waiting for Washington State funding. Sounder stations were built to accommodate a third track.
