Western Railroad Discussion > Savage expands ND and Utah Oil serviceDate: 01/09/14 15:34 Savage expands ND and Utah Oil service Author: jc76 Date: 01/09/14 16:27 Re: Savage expands ND and Utah Oil service Author: 2ebright The Savage loadout in eastern Utah is on the Union Pacific's Castle Valley Spur between the towns of Price and Wellington. It is at the site of the inactive Co-Op coal loader. I have talked to crude oil truck drivers that have unloaded there and they do not like to go there due to it's very congested location. Apparently it is tough to maneuver their large "super tanker" rigs there.
