The Savage loadout in eastern Utah is on the Union Pacific's Castle Valley Spur between the towns of Price and Wellington. It is at the site of the inactive Co-Op coal loader. I have talked to crude oil truck drivers that have unloaded there and they do not like to go there due to it's very congested location. Apparently it is tough to maneuver their large "super tanker" rigs there.

They provide the switchers and manpower for the Trenton,ND oil facility and the transload yard. Three GP9 rebuilds.
$43/hr for engineers. Hiring.Other facilities pay less.

Savage also provides the switching inside the Delaware City DE refinery.

Are you sure about the pay being $43hr.? Those cheapskates paid me peanuts when I used to do training for them, and the guy wanted to Walmart me every time I turned around at that. I finally got sick of it and we cut ties.

I was told the same thing two days ago. Enbridge at Berthold makes $36/hr. Savage Trenton pays the highest in the Bakken.

Ive been told Savage here at the local paper mill only pays a RCO ( Remote Control Operator ) minimum wages. Something around $8 here. I was told this by a former Savage employee

Remember, even McDonalds pays higher wages up there just to get manpower.
