Ed had been president of the Rocky Mountain RR Club, and for many years served as the trip chairman. He was very involved with steam charters the Club made on the Union Pacific, going back 50 years.

He had been associated with many of the steam railroad operations in Colorado, along with owning various pieces of rolling stock and locomotives. Many people became his friend over the years, and I wish that I had known him longer than I did.

We miss you buddy, adios ---
