My buddy just got done making this. The ultimate reverser for desk top control stands. Go full throttle AND full auto.

He does plan to make more and sell them, but he said they won't be for penny pinchers as he has a lot of time invested in it.

Anyhow, pretty cool for sure.

Most likely not if word of it gets to a GUNG HO Road Foreman with an attitude. Practically speaking, it looks tall enough that it would eventually get in the way of the Hogger both in a desk top control stand and definitely might be a knee catcher in a side control stand. I did notice that the sights will be lined straight up if inserted in a side stand otherwise it would catch more than a knee.

That might cause some issues if seen hanging out of a grip!

I like that!

For an AAR control stand I would want one without the grip, just front sight and flash hider.

I know of an engineer that has a Fosters Beer Tap handle mounted to his reverser!!

As for use of this thing, there are no regs from the FRA or local PUC that say anything about what length the reverser must be. You will be guilty of having too much fun, which we all know in the eyes or the RR is illegal.

The road I work for put out a bulletin about a year ago that you can only use reversers supplied by the carrier and they can not be modified.

Not cool. Anyone remember all those young children that were killed in school back east no so long ago?

Why something like this would be acceptable in a place of work is beyond me.

What does THAT have to do with this? A PERSON killed those people, not a gun.
