The car doesn't even have FRA-mandated yellow reflective stripes! It can't be interchanged to home rails because it reached it's age of 40 years. I believe it's ATSF 15770...

I still see ATSF boxcars with the small logo in the corner all the time, but this was the first time I've seen one with the big logo in years.
