westbounds stacked from east needles back to franconia

i am in needles at the moment but do not have a scanner. can anyone share info on what might be going on? thank you, eljay

Take a look to the west, you see those thunder clouds? Your answer probably lies there.

Last night a storm hit hard here in Kingman, trains weren't allowed to pass so many trains in both directions stopped. Afterwards track crews had to go out and check for flooding, track damage, and ensure the track were safe for trains to start rolling again. The power also went out out here so the signals were most likely out also. It's just been a parade of trains from both directions all day. Many of the westbound trains are running on crews that are dead on time so they have been telling them to try and get to Franconia for a crew change.
