So the article burns down to "this is a complex subject! People have made mistakes in other subjects in the past! Let's keep doing the same thing!". Brilliant. Look at how the air has improved in LA with stronger emission standards. Amazing how a few merchants of doubt can cloud important decisions on the limited air and water we have.
