Well, except for the grain elevator! There's nothing that sums up the UP quite like SD70M's...I mean they are everywhere. But, I guess that's what happens when you own over a thousand of them. The station sign...also pure UP, although they are fast disappearing across the KP, replaced with smaller flat metal signs on each end of the siding...no longer at a central location. Thanks to a late running Salina to Denver manifest I was able to sum up the Union Pacific in one shot just shortly after the sun had set for the day on the Kansas prairie.

1) UP 4694 growls west with a heavy MSIDV-15 behind it as it heads into the gathering darkness. By this time tomorrow the units will be earning a well deserved rest in the Mile High City. Ogallah, Kansas 9/15/14.
