One additional visitor to North Platte Railfest today-t

Hello.

Received a tip that 1995 arrived in North Platte and caught it by luck by the Spike Tower. It will be displayed with the other 4 units tomorrow.

1)Power gets switched around with 1995 seen to the far right.

I believe that the IC 1039 is not "ex-IC", as it still carries IC reporting marks, altho painted in CN livery.
