UP's version of the Galloping Goose

UP has a couple of these in Dunsmuir currently. They are used for moving track gangs around. They remind me of the Rio Grand Southern's Galloping Goose.

Maybe you should call it the "Galumphing Goose"? Wonder what the top speed is on that thing?

Maybe the Redding railfan with the handle "Alien" did that! Although I believe he is now "alien57617orsomeotherrandomcollectionofnumbers".

Is that contraption fitted with rail wheels, or are they hard non-pneumatic rubber wheels?

Edit: Never mind, I enlarged it and now I see that they're flanged steel wheels.
