Driest I've ever seen it in Plumas County. Glad to see it's raining although a good snow pack is what's really needed.

I've never been to Portola, but the shapes and colors lead me to believe that it is the museum.

Special Agents out of Roseville shadowed the train from Keddie all the way back to RV, picked up the Western MOP at James before continuing back. When I lived there, July and August were the only months that were "almost" guaranteed snowless. Might not have been much, and the next day could be in the 90s. Some seriously odd weather up there!
