GECX 2024 Eastbound this morning

This morning UP ran eastbound train ITIDI3-22 with GE demo 2024 on the point. Several other fans were out for the chase up San Timoteo Canyon. Here a few shots from this mornings journey.

1. Entering the canyon at Redlands.

2. Further up the canyon near old Ordway.

3. Near El Casco.

Oh Man that's a GE commercial, from the old -840cw to the newest loco made. Awesome shots, I was hoping it was going to come thru Las Vegas way.

There's now way it could have been in Ft. Worth on the 21st and already headed back east out of the LA harbor today the 23rd.

Allright, now I wish I would have gone after it. Great shots! I still think it needs a GE logo on the side and "Tier 4" lettering.
