In past years there has been good retrospective coverage of MUNI's heritage weekend here on trainorders. The upcoming event looks like it will offer more opportunities to ride equipment rarely seen on the street, including trolley and motor coaches.

Sounds great. Interesting how Halloween tends to spawn a bunch of other random dates. National Pizza Day, Election Day, MUNI Heritage Weekend, Trainorders Construction Weekend, the anniversary of Martin Luther hammering his 95 theses to the door in Wittenberg (well, all right, that was before the invention of Halloween), the day the Potters were murdered and Voldemort vanquished...
