Once the wipers are installed and the engineer's seat, we will move to the underside work, assuming we will have a crane available to lift truck sideframes. If the crane is not operable, we will deal with the engine compartment!

glad the SP 1006 ended up with you folks. (Man -- redoing a locomotive is a LOT of WORK!) Talk about an early diesel -- 1939! And EMC, not EMD, as EMC was EMD's predecessor.
