I originally was looking in Weber Canyon but there is no old highway. I briefly looked in Echo Canyon but was too far up/east.

In the movie they were driving from Pocatello to Santa Barbara but maybe made a detour to see some trains. That was sort of one of the themes, don't be too set in your ways and let go sometimes. |
