Western Railroad Discussion > Variety Still Strong In Northeast Oklahoma

This past week has once again been pretty good as far as consists go in Tulsa, OK, especially last Saturday the 13th. Here's just a few of the consists I caught coming in and out of Tulsa from Saturday to today.

1) Eastbound AVDCSX train holds at Union ave waiting on maintenance to get in the clear. This train has been rerouted from Chicago a while ago to avoid the traffic jam

2&3) Rail grinder gets in the clear in downtown, which will allow everything eastbound to blast off Saturday afternoon

4) Former CR C40 leads the AVDCSX out of town with a CSX/CP/BNSF/CSX combo shot at mp 419.4

5) Up next is a TULLIN closely following crossing Trenton ave

6) Wider angle with the Tulsa skyline hiding in the clouds

7) Later as eastbounds are still leaving, a Herzog rock train heads out with another non matching set of 3

8) Sunday morning a eastbound freight heads out with a pair of UP units trailing

9) BARTUL pulls across the Arkansas River before backing into Cherokee Yard

10) Westbound comes through Urban Wednesday morning before school led by 665

11) Jumping to today's TULMEM with a CSX C40 and red and silver sandwiched between two dash9s

Now if we could just get rid of the clouds...
